Our store delivers to Southeast Asian countries (including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.).
Depending on the order amount, we provide free shipping or preferential postage policy. For details, please refer to the description on the checkout page.

Delivery method and time limit

We use reputable international logistics services, providing door-to-door delivery and full tracking.
After the order is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 1-2 working days.
The estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Product packaging and insurance

All products are professionally packaged to ensure safety and no damage during transportation.

Return and after-sales policy

All our products are strictly quality inspected before leaving the factory to ensure that they are shipped without any damage.
Important note: Except for unforeseen damage during logistics and transportation, all jade products are customized and refined. Once signed for (and the outer packaging and products are not damaged), no returns or exchanges are accepted.
If the received product is obviously damaged or seriously inconsistent with the order description, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide photos of the product appearance and damaged parts. We will assist and propose solutions as soon as possible.
